"When we first walked into the hotel, I was struck by the smell of the spa. The hotel ws very well decorated and beautiful. We had come to Mission Viejo from Arizona for my sister's funeral. The hotel offered comfort and beauty, so restful. Our room was so wonderful. We had an ADA room which was perfect. The restaurant was great too. Christian made sure that we didn't need anything. By the way, the Asian salad was super delicious."

"Since pets are allowed, our condo smelled off. However, the staff cleaned the carpets within a day and it made a big difference. Would definitely stay here again for the price location and space. Well worth it if traveling with family. Our unit also had two bathrooms"

"The hospitality with the desk person to check in was excellent. It is very nice cordial helpful and very informative. Five stars for him. The room was nice and clean. Air-conditioning was nice big screen TV. Also it’s really nice. Everything was clean the tub the sink bedding, our furry pets. Loved the stay there as well. Thanks for being on top of everything."
